Access and delivery

ASAS does not ship physical goods. All programs are delivered electronically over the internet. No shipping charges apply and no delivery address is required.

What is delivered

Institutional participation provides access to the ASAS program library: recorded scholarly colloquia, research workshops and multi-session research-methods short courses, together with new sessions added during the academic year.

How access is delivered

Following payment, ASAS issues the participating institution an institution-specific access code. Each authorized user creates a customer account at asas.global and enters that code once to unlock the program area. Access is then associated with that user account.

When access is delivered

Access codes are issued by email to the institution's nominated contact within three (3) business days of cleared payment. Payments made by international wire transfer are processed once funds have cleared, which is typically two to five business days after remittance.

Duration of access

Access runs to the conclusion of the current academic year and may be extended by written agreement. Additional academic years may be purchased separately.

Number of users

Base participation includes twenty (20) registrations. Each registration permits one instructor at a time to stream program content to their students. Additional registrations may be purchased in blocks of ten.

Language and technical requirements

Program content is delivered in English and is streamed on demand. A current web browser and a broadband internet connection are required. No software installation is necessary.

If you cannot access your program

Email adam@asas.global or telephone +1 302-592-9675 and ASAS will restore access.
