Academy of Social and Applied Science (“ASAS”) is a Nevada nonprofit corporation. This policy applies to all payments made through asas.global. ASAS sells educational services delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped and there is nothing to return.

Institutional program participation

Fees for institutional participation — including base participation, additional registrations and additional years of access — are governed by the ASAS Participant Agreement executed between ASAS and the participating institution. Under that agreement, the cost of participation is non-refundable once access codes have been issued to the institution.

If access codes have not yet been issued, an institution may cancel and receive a full refund by writing to adam@asas.global within thirty (30) days of payment.

Where ASAS is unable to deliver a program for which an institution has paid, ASAS will refund the fee in full.

Other payments

Any other payment made through asas.global may be refunded on request within thirty (30) days of payment. Voluntary contributions to ASAS are non-refundable once processed, except where made in error.

Payments made in error

If you have been charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or charged without authorization, contact adam@asas.global and ASAS will investigate and refund any amount incorrectly charged.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in United States Dollars. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for a card refund to appear; refunds of international wire transfers may take longer. Bank and intermediary charges incurred on the original payment are not recoverable by ASAS and are not included in the refund amount.

How to request a refund

Email adam@asas.global with the order number, the name of the paying institution and the reason for the request. ASAS will acknowledge every request within five (5) business days.
